With the novel view in mind and for providing a forum for expression for Campus's young energetic academics and researchers, Public Youth Campus has taken initiation from 2008 to publish an annual peer reviewed (double blind) journal "PYC Nepal Journal of Management", a journal of management and development. PYC Nepal Journal of Management is a peer reviewed journal published by Public Youth Campus, Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu (Nepal). It is published with primary objective of providing contemporary business issues to the academic and business community. It publishes research papers in full range of business, marketing, finance, banking, production management, operation management, technology management, retail & distribution, entrepreneurship, human relation, human resources, organizational theory and other subject related to business and administration.
The Journal invites researchers to submit their manuscripts for the forthcoming issue (Vol. XV, No. 1) by the end of May, 2022. For guidelines of preparing articles, please visit our website www.pyc.edu.np. The acceptance of your manuscripts will be informed by the end of August, 2018 after extensive review. Manuscript submitted in response to this invitation will be processed with high priority.
This journal as a potential outlet for the publication of your research articles in the future. We accept your manuscript beyond the deadline (July-end) for subsequent issues. The article should be written according to the guidelines of this journal. The editorial committee has full right to accept or reject the article for the publication in this journal.
